Reviewed August 18, Great place to learn start off backcountry hiking. Hot and cold running loons, nice, secluded sites with beautiful views. To avoid this, plan backlacking a 2 night, 3 day trip. On the ontario parks website it says to take days.

What Algonquin does have is a vast and beautiful network of canoe routes that can take you deep into a wilderness of rocky lakes and wildife-rich wetlands, along with a canoe rental industry that services almost bavkpacking possible access point in the park.
